  Magnate Worldwide Completes the Acquisition of Masterpiece International  
  OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill. – Magnate Worldwide (“MWW”), a partnership between CIVC Partners, L.P. (“CIVC”) and Magnate Capital Partners (“MCP”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Masterpiece International (“Masterpiece” or the “Company”).

Masterpiece, headquartered in New York, provides customs brokerage and international logistics services through 15 offices located in major international shipping hubs throughout the U.S. Masterpiece was founded in 1989 and over the last 25+ years has developed a leading market position in fine arts logistics, serving museums, art galleries, art fairs and private collectors. Masterpiece has leveraged its unique expertise with highly complex air, ocean, and ground shipments to develop a full-suite of international logistics services for a broad range of industries, providing each customer with the same level of service that it continues to provide to its fine arts customers. The entire Masterpiece team, including co-founders David Epstein and David Cohen and President of Fine Arts John O’Halloran, will remain in place following the transaction and will continue to provide unmatched service levels to its existing client base.

  TrumpCard, LLC Continues Expansion With Three New Locations  
  The constantly growing TrumpCard, LLC—provider of mission-critical air freight and ground shipping—is again expanding their geographic footprint with the opening of three new stations in Cleveland, Dallas, and Salt Lake City. The expansion comes at a time of rising success and substantial achievement for TrumpCard.

  Magnate Worldwide Adds Time-Sensitive, Cross-Border Service to Mexico  
  OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill., Dec. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Premium asset-light logistics company Magnate Worldwide (MWW) has announced that it will now offer shipments via ground, air, and heavy-haul solutions to and from Mexico. The service is yet another example of MWW's commitment to unparalleled customer service. The new charter-avoidance solution will leverage air and ground alternatives to move freight as quickly and cost-effectively as possible for shippers.

"While our competitors may only consider shipping via ground to reach Mexico, Magnate uncovers more complex, multimodal solutions to get the freight there more quickly and often at a better value," said Kyle Plummer, Director of Cross-Border Solutions.


MWW’s Direct of Cross-Border Solutions Kyle Plummer will help oversee the new service multimodal shipping and from Mexico.

  Innovation Spurs TrumpCard to Growing Revenue, Move into New Office  
  CARLSBAD, Calif., Nov. 16, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- TrumpCard Inc., a provider of mission-critical air freight and ground shipping, recently moved into a 20,000-square-foot facility in Carlsbad, California. The move comes as TrumpCard prepares to continue its impressive growth, spurred largely by its development of innovative, customer-centric technologies.
